RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Merchandise returns are not accepted due to the nature of the product, for health and hygiene reasons in favor of our Customers.

Once confirmed and paid, Cancellations are not accepted.

SHIPMENTS

All our shipments are handled by high-quality specialized delivery companies such as DHL. Once the merchandise leaves Mezcaloteca, it is the responsibility of the freight company to handle it correctly until final delivery to the recipient.
